League Supports Arrowhead-Weston Transmission Line - The
League of Wisconsin Municipalities supports
improvements to electric infrastructure around Wisconsin, including
the Arrowhead-Weston transmission line.
Wisconsin Portion Approved - By a 3-0 vote, the Public Service
Commission of Wisconsin has unanimously approved construction of
the 220-mile Wausau-to-Duluth electric transmission line.

a 50-page energy plan released June 25, 2001, Governor McCallum
listed the building of the proposed Duluth to Wausau power line
as a priority.
